Stock Reports

With a vast number of stock reports available to you there really is no excuse not to have full control and know exactly what is going on with your stock.

“Dead stock” – “Reorder” – “Retail Sales” – “Stock Valuation” – “Retail Ranking” – “Spot Check” – “Movements” – “OTC Retail” – “Count Stock”

Other basic stock functions

“Goods In” – “Transfer In” – “Transfer Out” – “Stock Take” – “Purchase Orders”

We’ve made it simple for groups to transfer products in and out of the salon keeping your stock levels accurate using transfer in and transfer out.

Goods in is another well used function allowing you to receive goods and update stock levels.

Purchase orders should be your go to for ordering stock in bulk and viewing the cost and date of your order.

How much dead stock do you have?

It’s a question many can not answer straight away, but it is so important. In SalonIQ you can find out which products have been sitting on your product shelves collecting dust and not actually moving anywhere.

For some salons this feature can be in the thousands (£’s) and remember all the times you have been struggling to reorder your favourite products as your weekly/monthly budget doesn’t allow it.

We recommend to run your dead stock report every single time you order any stock, just until you get a hold of what is selling and what’s not.
