The Salon iQ online booing app is a client facing app allowing your clients to book their appointments with you on their mobile phones.

All the basic functions of keeping the app secure with the option to sign in and out using a unique password. 

Your clients will have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from soon news that you sent out via Email and SMS.

Make Bookings

• Select salon they prefer to visit (Group salons)
• Browse all services that are available 
• Choose their favourite stylist or therapist to look after them
• Pick their desired date and time
• Multiple services can be added to their booking
• Make payments by card (details can be stored ready for future bookings)
• Add promotional codes for discounted bookings
• Send message to the salon before making appointments

We really have spent a lot of time ensuring your clients are blown away from the very beginning, even when making their appointment.

For a group of salons your clients can choose which salon they want to go to.

They can personalise their experience by selecting their stylist/therapist, the date and time of their appointment plus even send a message directly to the salon all via the app. 

If your client wishes to have more than one service they can do so by clicking ‘add service’

There is also an option to make an payment for the booking if you require a deposit to be taken prior to any online bookings being made. 

A great touch to save your client time is the feature which is ‘find next available appointment’ this helps your clients by the app searching for the next available appointment based on the criteria they have set for the booking they want.

Amend Bookings 

Bookings can be amended on the app once the client has made them, they can;

• Resend the details via email
• Reschedule their appointment 
• Repeat the booking
• Cancel booking

This feature will save the client having to make contact with you to change an appointment, they can simply log into the app and change the booking themselves.

Gift Cards 

The gift card area really is great, it allows your clients to purchase a gift, the gift card is then sent to the desired person via email. 

The gift card functions are:

• Purchase a gift card
• Check the balance on existing gift cards that have already been purchased
• Pay for services with a gift card via the app
• Check the expiry date of a gift card

This is a must have tool all year but particularly in the festive period, you could be inundated with gift card purchases that have come from your salon app.

• View opening hours
• Visit salon website for the app
• See available team members
• Get directions to your salon using Google Maps and create a journey
• Call the salon with one click
• Share the app on social media platforms
• Send an email directly to the salon

All the settings you have on Salon iQ are copied directly across to the app.

For example, if you have a set period of time to which a client can cancel their only booking the same will be replicated with the app.

For our salons a client can not cancel their online appointment if it is within 24 hours of their appointment, this would be the same for the online booking app. All the settings are exactly the same.
