Your Top Spenders

Do you know who your top spending clients are in your hair salon?

It’s an important one to know and a report to run every quarter as the results may change very slightly.

What should I do with the report? Why not reach out to your top spenders and invite them back to the salon for an appointment when you re-open? You can save and export the client list then create a lovely email to send out as an Eblast. Remember if you do send an email add your telephone number so they know to call, plus add a book now button within the email making it super easy for them to book with you. Go to Main menu -> Reports -> Clients -> Client Ranking  This will view your top 100 clients, you can search your top clients by service or by retail, simply click on the drop down filter on the right hand side of the report to filter.
