As a SalonIQ Education Specialist, you take pride in working on a one-to-one basis and delivering in-depth workshops with our customers, from introducing them to SalonIQ and getting them started on the basics to diving deep into reporting and marketing.

You will also give friendly and insightful advice while attending to our customer’s needs. At times you will be juggling more than one customer, and will therefore be conscious of their time demands as well as yours.

With your education expertise, you will see our customers go from strength to strength in managing their salon business using SalonIQ and work alongside them over a period of time through multiple one-to-one workshops.

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Ability to review and promote key areas within SalonIQ that our customers will benefit from.

Salary: From £25,000 per year

Location: Hybrid / Office
