A great opportunity is now available as an industry leader ‘SalonIQ’ in a key role as Customer Service Advisor. You will be responsible for supporting and growing relationships with our customers and helping them with daily duties.
The successful applicant will;
– Be well organised
– Be reliable
– Be able to work independently or as part of a team
– Have previous experience in customer service (optional)
– Build strong relationships with customers
– Enjoy taking calls and has an exceptional telephone manner
– Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
Daily tasks include:
– Answering support calls from clients who require assistance and take messages
– Answering live chats from clients who require assistance
– Schedule training with our Education team
– Respond to email queries sent over from clients
– Raise tickets with development team for queries that need looking into further
Personal skills;
– Excellent communicator
– Has attention to detail
– Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
– Confident phone manner and willing to answer numerous phone calls per day
