Role Overview

SalonIQ is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with data-driven insights while also assisting the COO with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse
tasks that contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analysing marketing performance, identifying opportunities, and working on various projects that improve company operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analysis & Insights
Analyse marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO,
etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates,
customer retention, and ROI.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop reports and dashboards to present insights to the marketing and leadership
teams.
Optimise digital marketing efforts through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and
campaign performance tracking.
Ad Hoc Projects & COO Support
Assist the COO with strategic projects related to business development, operations,
and growth initiatives.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making on various company
initiatives.
Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, ensuring efficient execution of high-priority
projects.
Research, plan and coordinate ad hoc events both internally and for our customers.
Provide analytical support for process improvements, new product launches, and
operational efficiencies.
