SalonIQ and Klarna
With our latest integration salon owners can now offer their clients the option of paying later by 30 days or splitting their treatment cost into three payments through Klarna.
Klarna is the smooth and safe way to get what you love today, and pay over time.
How Klarna will work for online bookings
When clients come to book online and pay, they will have the option to pay their deposit as normal or pay later with Klarna. The payment options offered by Klarna will be dependent on the client’s credit history and will be calculated by Klarna.
Once the booking has been made Klarna will process the payment and this will be sent directly to the client’s account balance on SalonIQ and to the salon’s Stripe account, salons do not need to wait for the delayed payment.
Salons benefit from no risk as the contract is between the client and Klarna.
How Klarna will work for in salon purchases
For those clients who wish to complete their in-salon bill via Klarna, they can do so by paying using SalonIQ’s payment link.
The salon ensures the bill is correct, they then send the payment link from the checkout screen to the client. Your client clicks on the link and is taken to the payment screen which also has the option to pay via Klarna.
